Our Good Health Guarantee and Puppy Replacement Policy

Each puppy is given a Physical Examination by a Licensed Veterinarian at our expense within 10 days before it is shipped/picked up and we guarantee the puppy to be free from Communicable Diseases for a period of 7 days from the day the puppy is shipped/picked up. If the puppy should display any indication of poor health within the first 7 days, you MUST contact us immediately for consultation and treatment, failure to do so will cause the guarantee to be NULL & VOID.

Our puppies come with a current shot and worming record, that is provided to you with the puppy. The puppy is not to be given any vaccinations within 10 days of purchase, or guarantee is NULL & VOID. We DO NOT warranty HYPOGLYCEMIA. Yorkies are predisposed to this condition. You must make sure your puppy eats and drinks. If you keep your puppy eating and drinking you should not have any problems with this condition. We require that you take your new puppy to a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase to have it examined. Failing to get your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian in the first 72 hours will make this guarantee NULL & Void. You are to provide all necessary care and further vaccinations at your expense, as prescribed by a licensed veterinarian, if a puppy is not given proper care it will NOT be replaced. 

We guarantee our puppies for 1 year from date of birth against any life threatening congenital defects. In the event that your puppy should develop a condition that dates back to the fetal stage and the condition would severely impact the quality of life warranting a replacement, a positive identification and examination must be provided to M&H Kennel within 1 week. We reserve the right to a second opinion at our expense, and the option of the puppy's return before a replacement will be made.

This guarantee does not include undescended testicles, or hernias, overbites, under bites, knees, or hips. If any hernias are found prior to shipping they will be repaired at our expense.

Our guarantee is to the person purchasing the puppy and expires if/when the puppy is transferred to another party. If the puppy is a female and is bred before she reaches one year of age, our guarantee is NULL AND VOID. We do not pay for or reimburse veterinary expenses, medications, transportation or other related costs. We do not offer cash refunds. Replacement of your puppy will be made from the next available litter. No replacement will be made until the puppy's registration is returned to M&H Kennel. This contract/guarantee supersedes any other information you have received. When you purchase a puppy from M&H Kennel you agree to the terms and conditions. All sales are final.
