Sales Agreement M&H Kennel

Purchase Agreement

M&H kennel guarantees that the dog is in good physical health on ____/_____/______, day of purchase. Buyers have 72 hours to take the dog to a licensed veterinarian of their choice. At this time the dog should be examined to buyer's satisfaction for imperfections, disease, and health of the dog. Failure to take the dog to the veterinarian for the health check within 72 hours voids and ends M&H's responsibility. M&H should be contacted with the results of the health check. If the dog is found unfit for purchase due to illness, disease, or congenital disorder, M&H MUST BE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY. Buyer pays all shipping cost involved in obtaining a refund or replacement dog. M&H will not be responsible for any veterinarian fees or cost. After the return of the dog and AKC papers, the price of the dog will be returned or exchanged for a dog of equal value. Dog must be returned to M&H for return of money or dog exchange. If the dog is not returned to M&H NO COMPENSATION will be paid to the buyer. Buyer acknowledges the health agreement and agrees to have the dog vet checked or accept the dog "as-is"_________.

There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the dog regardless of show or breeding potentials__________.

This agreement is valid for the ORIGINAL buyer and dog, and is not transferable__________.
